Job summary

Trustmarque Ultima is seeking a Principal Architect – Identity & SecOps to lead architectural outcomes for our Microsoft Security, Compliance & Identity practice. You’ll act as the technical authority and solution visionary across complex customer engagements, shaping strategy, standards and reusable assets.

You’ll leverage deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Identity Governance, PIM, Sentinel and Defender XDR, mentoring colleagues and guiding pre-sales initiatives to

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience across Microsoft Entra ID and Defender XDR.
• Proven design authority or technical leadership on complex MS security engagements.
• Strong pre-sales experience including workshops with customers.
• Experience mentoring architects and consultants.
• Recent MS certifications (SC-100/200/300/400/500) and CISSP/CISM/CRISC/CCSP.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain Identity & SecOps roadmap aligned to MS security roadmap.
• Act as design authority for complex customer engagements.
• Establish solution design standards, reference architectures and assets.
• Lead technical discussions, workshops and pre-sales engagements.
• Develop go-to-market offerings, accelerators and IP.
• Strengthen Microsoft partnership and co-sell activity.
• Mentor Solution Architects and Consultants to raise capability.
• Senior escalation point during delivery.
• Identify opportunities to integrate Identity & SecOps with wider MS security.
