Job summary

IFS is building the next generation of AI-native enterprise software, focusing on identity infrastructure at scale. You will architect and operate a unified authorisation model across cloud-native platform, legacy hosting, and lifecycle cloud, writing Go and owning production delivery.

This hands-on principal engineer role requires you to run a Zanzibar-style engine, integrate Curity/Keycloak, and shape enterprise authentication patterns, with strong emphasis on correctness, latency, and

Qualifications

• Experience architecting fine-grained auth in production at scale.
• Hands-on with SpiceDB/OpenFGA/Ory Keto or equivalent Zanzibar-inspired engines.
• Knowledge of ReBAC, RBAC and ABAC and when to apply each.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build unified authorisation model across hosting environments.
• Own production auth patterns and write Go code.
• Operate authN solutions with Curity/Keycloak in production.
• Collaborate in a hybrid, fast-moving engineering team.
