Job Type: Permanent
Location: Hybrid – Edinburgh, Telford or Birmingham office. Expected 1–2 days per week in office, subject to business needs.

As a Senior Identity Engineer, you’ll lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of enterprise identity and access management solutions. You’ll be responsible for integrating new applications, developing automation scripts, and optimising platforms such as Saviynt, CyberArk, and Microsoft Entra ID. You’ll work closely with architecture, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant identity services across the Phoenix Group.
