Job summary

Hippo is a rapidly growing digital consultancy recruiting a Senior IAM Governance Analyst to join our Managed Services Team in London. You will plan and run access reviews, coordinate reviewers, manage exceptions and remediation, and produce evidence that controls have operated as intended.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in identity and access management or identity governance.
• Experience planning or operating user access reviews or similar control activity.
• Understanding IAM/IDAM lifecycle: approvals, ownership, least privilege, exception management.
• Experience producing audit evidence and working with risk/compliance stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills for data reconciliation and issue closure.
• Experience maintaining records and evidence in SharePoint or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and administer recurring and ad hoc user access review campaigns across applications, groups, roles and other entitlements.
• Confirm review scope, populations, reviewers, decision criteria, timescales and escalation routes with control and application owners.
• Support reviewers to make timely, evidence-based decisions and follow up incomplete responses.
• Track denied access, exceptions and remediation through to verified completion and escalate control failures.
• Maintain accurate review records, evidence packs, process documentation and MI using SharePoint and service tooling.
• Analyze outcomes to identify data-quality, ownership, policy and process improvements.
• Work with engineering to define requirements for automation, reporting and Entra ID Governance improvements.
