Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking a Senior IDAM Specialist Consultant (Architecture – IDAM Specialist) to lead IDAM/PAM guidance and architecture engagements in London or Birmingham. Hybrid work with client locations and travel as needed.

You will assess environments, develop roadmaps, and mentor junior consultants while ensuring compliance with standards and regulations across client programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IAM experience in large organisations.
• Strong expertise across JML, IGA, authentication, access governance and IAM operating models.
• Working knowledge of MS AD DS, Entra ID, SailPoint and Okta.
• Desirable: Hitachi HiPAM, Ivanti, CyberArk and Ping Identity.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert IDAM/PAM guidance and best practices to clients.
• Assess client IDAM/PAM environments and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure IDAM/PAM solutions align with standards and regulations.
• Advise on policy management, risk management and access governance.
• Develop IDAM/PAM roadmaps and strategic recommendations.
• Lead client workshops and gather requirements.
• Oversee design and implementation quality and mentor junior consultants.
• Support secure architectural designs and risk assessments.
