Job summary

Sanderson Government & Defence in Farnborough, Hampshire, is seeking an experienced IDAM Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise identity solutions in secure environments. DV clearanced professionals are preferred to support regulated programmes and modernize IDAM platforms.

You will define identity strategies, governance, and secure access across on-premises and cloud services, working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to enable secure digital transformation.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Identity and Access Management.
• 5+ years in an Architecture role.
• Experience designing enterprise IDAM solutions.
• Experience in secure, regulated or government environments.
• Expertise with Entra ID/Azure AD, Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise-scale IDAM architectures.
• Develop secure authentication, authorization and MFA frameworks.
• Design and implement RBAC, ABAC and PAM solutions.
• Define identity governance, access lifecycle and entitlement management strategies.
• Lead architecture reviews and governance activities.
• Engage with stakeholders and present architecture recommendations.
