WPP Media Limited is seeking aSenior Identity and Access Security Engineer to govern who and what can access DTS systems, data, APIs, tools and AI-enabled capabilities. You will define and maintain governance frameworks, own access reviews, and ensure least-privilege controls across production environments.

You’ll work with Architecture, Security, Product, Engineering, Privacy and Legal to implement practical controls and auditable processes, including non-human access governance for AI agents

Qualifications

• Experience in identity governance, access management, IAM, security governance, GRC, data access control or platform security.
• Strong understanding of least privilege, role-based access control, attribute-based access control, access reviews and segregation of duties.
• Experience governing access across SaaS platforms, cloud environments, APIs, data platforms or enterprise technology estates.

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain the access governance framework for DTS.
• Own the process for regular access reviews and recertification across DTS.
• Ensure privileged access governance across DTS systems and environments.
• Govern external user, client and partner access governance across client workspaces and vendor environments.
• Govern service accounts, machine identities, API keys and token governance.
• Define governance for AI agents and agentic workflows across DTS.
• Govern access to datasets, tools, workflows and production capabilities.
• Maintain auditability, evidence and reporting for access governance.
• Coordinate reviews, evidence, remediation and reporting with cross-functional teams.
