Senior Identity Access Management (IAM) Consultant

£65,000 - £75,000 (neg.) plus car allowance and bonus

Occasional travel to local office in Leeds; offices also in most large UK cities

Hays Technology is working with a global firm seeking an experienced Senior Identity and Access Management Consultant. This role requires eligibility for SC clearance and does not provide visa sponsorship.

The team provides Identity and Access Management services to a wide range of clients. Responsibilities include working on IAM solutions, diagnostics, strategy definition, and risk minimization.

This role demands extensive technical knowledge of IAM solutions, excellent communication skills, stakeholder engagement, and management abilities. It offers growth opportunities tailored to your strengths. The ideal candidate will have a mix of senior consulting experience and technical IAM expertise.

What you'll be doing:

1. Consulting with clients across various sectors on IAM solutions
2. Leading complex client engagements
3. Managing IAM initiatives and high-profile project deliveries
4. Overseeing solution releases to clients
5. Providing specialised input into large-scale IAM implementations
6. Offering expertise on IAM tools and integration with client systems
7. Understanding client businesses to offer tailored IAM support
8. Acting as a senior SME on IAM controls required by clients

What we're looking for:

• Experience consulting on large IAM initiatives for high-profile clients
• Extensive IAM expertise, including technical controls and risk management
• Experience with IAM tools such as Okta, Entra ID, BeyondTrust, OneIdentity, CyberArk, SailPoint (more is better)
• Eligibility for SC clearance
• Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills
• Good time management skills
• A resilient personality capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
