Responsibilities include:
  • Monitoring, evaluating, and reporting departmental operations; acting as a liaison internally and externally.
  • Ensuring practice complies with national legislation, hospital policies, and professional guidelines.
  • Providing direct patient care in specialty areas, participating in shifts, skill mix, extended hours, and on-call rotations as required.
  • Undertaking training and competency assessments, adhering to protocols, and managing medicines with Patient Group Directions under supervision.
