Job summary

Adler and Allan is seeking a skilled professional to lead the development, calibration, and maintenance of models for root cause analysis. You will provide technical training, coach team members and prioritise health and safety in delivery processes.

The role involves stakeholder engagement, delivering high-quality modeling outputs, and developing TOTEX solutions to improve outcomes. You will support decision-making and drive continuous improvement within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical training, coaching, and mentoring.
• Ability to streamline processes for efficiency.
• Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
• Experience in the relevant field; professional qualification or chartership preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Visual Basic.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Develop, calibrate, validate, maintain and utilize models for root cause analysis.
• Provide technical training, coaching and mentoring for the team.
• Prioritize health and safety in the delivery process.
• Proactively manage stakeholders and foster internal networks.
• Ensure the delivery of quality modeling outputs and confidence in results.
• Develop TOTEX solutions to enhance outcomes.
• Use modeling results to aid stakeholders in decision-making and support design teams.
• Continuously improve the technical quality of modeling outputs.
• Support the development and adherence to modeling specifications.
• Foster innovation and a culture of continuous improvement.
