Adler & Allan Ltd is seeking a modelling professional in Sheffield to develop, calibrate and maintain models for root cause analysis and system performance. You will train and mentor team members, prioritise health and safety, and manage stakeholders across the organisation.

You will deliver quality modelling outputs, develop TOTEX solutions, and support design teams with modeling approaches while driving continuous improvement and adherence to specifications.

Formación

• Demonstrated experience in technical training, coaching, and mentoring.
• Proven ability to streamline processes for efficiency.
• Degree level education or equivalent experience.
• Substantial experience in the relevant field, ideally with a relevant professional qualification or Chartership.
• Proficiency in data interrogation using Microsoft Excel, including Visual Basic programming.
• Strong attention to detail, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Valid driving license.

Responsabilidades

Qualifications

Capability:

• Proficiency in software such as InfoWorks ICM, Risk Master, InfoAsset Manager, MapInfo, and ArcGIS.
• Demonstrated experience in model development, verification, river modeling, water quality modeling, and solution development.
• Excellent understanding of hydraulics and water quality standards.
• Practical understanding of option buildability.
