Job summary

Bosch Rexroth, dba HydraForce, Inc. is seeking a Senior Applications Engineer to act as a technical leader and trusted advisor in designing hydraulic systems and HICs for complex applications.

You will partner with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver integrated solutions throughout the product lifecycle. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in hydraulics, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a proven ability to mentor junior

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or allied field required.
• Minimum 5 years in hydraulics, fluid power, mobile/industrial equipment.
• Experience leading complex customer applications and providing technical guidance.
• Strong reading of hydraulic schematics and knowledge of HICs.
• Experience with engineering analysis and technical reporting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand requirements and performance objectives.
• Design hydraulic systems and Hydraulic Integrated Circuits (HICs) per specs.
• Lead complex customer applications from concept through implementation.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting and technical support to customers and teams.
• Create hydraulic schematics and supporting documentation.
• Mentor junior engineers and train internal staff.
• Collaborate across design, product management, manufacturing and quality.
• Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
