Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Technical Engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles.
• Internships or experience in manufacturing and hydraulics.
• Strong MS Office and IT skills; project management experience.
• Detail oriented with good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Gain in-depth insight into the engineering and manufacturing of hydraulic valves and manifolds.
• Drive Manufacturing Excellence strategy across global operations.
• Learn value streams from source to make and deliver using Lean methods.
• Prioritise digitalisation and AI projects in manufacturing practices.
• Develop understanding of Technical Functions across MFE, MFO, BPS, MFC & BDO.
• Design lean manufacturing cells and ensure factory layouts meet evolving needs.
