Job summary

Frazer‑Nash Consultancy seeks an Offshore Renewables Operational Support Consultant to help operate and optimise offshore assets for clients. You will deliver engineering consultancy across the project lifecycle, focusing on operations, reliability, risk, and life extension, while mentoring junior staff.

The role involves hybrid working across our offices and client sites with flexible home working. A relevant engineering degree and offshore energy experience are essential, plus strong

Qualifications

• Demonstrable offshore energy industry experience with developers, OEMs or consultancies.
• On-site or operational offshore experience.
• Experience delivering systems to defined specifications.
• Experience supporting safe and efficient operation of offshore energy systems.
• A degree in Engineering, Physics, Applied Mathematics or related discipline.
• Ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Effective verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Self-motivation and organisation to manage projects quality, time and cost.

Responsibilities

• Support offshore asset operation and consultancy services for clients.
• Mentor developing engineers and lead project delivery.
• Identify business opportunities and help define expanded service offerings.
• Lead services to clients and collaborate across Frazer‑Nash to deliver success.
