Job summary

Morson Group is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project/Site Manager to deliver full HVAC installations on a prestigious £26 million refurbishment in Manchester city centre. You will oversee mechanical site activities, ensure compliance with specifications, health & safety standards, and timely delivery.

Leadership of supervisors and strong technical know-how are essential to succeed on this contract. The role reports to the Operations Manager and requires the ability to manage teams,

Qualifications

• Proven mechanical background required.
• Full HVAC management experience required.
• Demonstrated team leadership of supervisors.
• Experience on listed/heritage buildings preferred.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
• Health and safety knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all mechanical site activities and ensure compliance with project specs.
• Report to Operations Manager and coordinate with clients, contractors and stakeholders.
• Lead and manage supervisors to deliver on time and within budget.
• Maintain rigorous health and safety standards on site.
