Job summary

Visum Recruitment Ltd seeks a Senior Service Engineer - HVAC to service, maintain and repair commercial HVAC equipment around Reading and Berkshire. You will diagnose faults on site, commission new installations, and mentor junior engineers while producing clear service reports for customers.

The role offers up to £50,000 final basic depending on experience, plus overtime, a company vehicle and a benefits package in a stable employer with an international reputation.

Qualifications

• A strong background as a service or commissioning engineer in HVAC, air conditioning or chillers.
• F-Gas Category 1.
• The confidence to work on your own and lead on technical issues.
• A full UK driving licence.
• To live within 30 miles of Reading.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, maintaining and repairing commercial HVAC equipment.
• Diagnosing and fixing complex faults on site.
• Commissioning new installations.
• Supporting and mentoring less experienced engineers.
• Producing clear service reports and liaising with customers.
