Job summary

RPJ Energy Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer / Supervisor to join our team in Scotland with occasional UK travel. You will combine hands-on installation, servicing, fault finding and commissioning with on-site supervision of engineers and subcontractors.

You will hold F-Gas Category 1, CSCS, SSSTS and NVQ/SVQ Level 3, with a proven track record in commercial HVAC projects. A full UK driving licence is essential and opportunities for training and development are provided.

Qualifications

• F-Gas Category 1 Certification required.
• CSCS Skilled Worker Card required.
• SSSTS Qualification desirable.
• SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, or Mechanical Services Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial HVAC installation/maintenance.
• Proven experience supervising engineers and subcontractors.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation and site safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Install and service commercial HVAC systems on site.
• Read drawings and specifications; ensure compliance with regulations and manufacturer requirements.
• Supervise engineers, apprentices, labourers and subcontractors on site.
• Complete commissioning records, service sheets, and testing documentation.
• Support project handovers and client demonstrations when required.
