A leading HR consultancy seeks a Senior HR Consultant for a part-time role to support various clients, offering a flexible hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have a CIPD qualification and significant HR consulting experience, working autonomously in a collaborative team environment.
Senior Human Resources Consultant (Part-time, three days per week)
Emphasis HR & Training, established in 2003, is a leading privately owned HR consultancy based in Romsey, Hampshire. Our team of eight is dedicated to empowering businesses through effective HR strategies, fostering strong workforces, and cultivating positive organizational cultures.
As our client portfolio expands across London and the South Coast, we are seeking a Senior HR Consultant to provide expert HR support and strategic advice. The role offers a hybrid work model, with time spent at our Romsey office (typically Tuesday and Wednesday) and client visits mainly across Hampshire, London, and the South Coast. Occasional overnight stays may be required.
This position requires a flexible, proactive approach to delivering comprehensive HR solutions, working with clients on all employment aspects.
The ideal candidate is a CIPD-qualified HR professional with significant senior or consulting-level HR experience, capable of managing a highly autonomous and demanding role.
Essential requirements include a car and a current UK driving license. A good sense of humor is valued, as the role is challenging, and maintaining team camaraderie is important. You will regularly collaborate with the Emphasis team.
