Our client is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner who can seamlessly move between strategic thinking and hands‑on working. This is a true generalist role where you need to enjoy building strategy as well as resolving day to day queries.

What we are looking for

• Someone with at least 3 years HR Business Partner/Senior HR Business Partner experience, who is used to working in a busy, deadline‑driven team. Ideally in a fast‑paced environment
• Deep knowledge of employment law with experience of putting your knowledge into practice
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining operational excellence
• Experience designing and implementing people processes from scratch or significantly improving existing ones
• Solid all‑round generalist HR knowledge to enable you to deal with day‑to‑day issues that would help to support the high‑performance culture
• Track record of using data and metrics to drive people decisions and measure impact
• Someone who enjoys being part of a small, busy and ideas‑driven team with the confidence to address employees in all areas of the business
• Someone who is excellent at building relationships in order to communicate and influence at all levels
• Hands on experience with HRIS systems
