Are you a strategic HR pro with a passion for people and performance? A leading UK wealth management firm is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their collaborative, high-performing team. This role works directly with the Head of HR and CPO defining their people strategy, fostering a positive culture and promoting employee engagement through effective communication.

We're looking for a HR Business Partner with gravitas, someone who can work both strategically and operationally with gravitas to challenge where needed, drive positive change management, organisational design and decision-making. It's an autonomous, high-performing team with the ability to truly make this role your own and influence.

What you’ll do:

• Partner with senior leaders to align HR with business strategy
• Lead on ER cases, performance management, and change initiatives
• Drive engagement, talent development, and organisational effectiveness
• Develop project plans, track milestones, and communicate progress, collaborating with stakeholders to achieve project goals and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Lead or participate in HR projects related to organisational design, Employee engagement, business performance improvement, Talent & Development and HR policies.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven HR Business Partnering experience in financial services
• A strategic thinker with a commercial understanding of translating business goals into HR priorities
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
• Deep knowledge of UK employment law and SMCR
• CIPD qualified (or working towards it)
