Job summary

RedGreen Partners seeks a Senior HR Advisor to join a growing North East-based People Team. This newly created role offers the chance to shape regional ER strategy and add real value within a purpose-driven social care provider.

Hybrid working with some travel across the North East. You will lead employee relations, manage disciplinary, grievance, absence and flexible working cases, and coach managers on HR best practice.

Salary £35,000 - £40,000 plus benefits.

• Experience in an operational HR or advisory role.
• Strong employee relations experience and HR best practice.
• Professional yet personable approach with problem-solving ability in a team setting.

We’re partnering with a growing commercial yet purpose-driven social care provider that is expanding its HR presence across the North East.

As part of that growth, they’ve created an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join an already established People Team to shape a regional role, bring fresh ideas and make a genuine impact within an organisation that delivers real value to its communities.
