Job Description:

Are you an experienced Senior HR Advisor or aspiring HR Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to develop your career further?

FIND is working with a large Multi Academy Trust to recruit a new Senior HR Advisor/HR Manager to lead and manage the HR function within two of their schools, ensuring full compliance with HR policies relating to schools, employment legislation, and best practices. This role offers a supportive, collaborative working environment where staff are valued and encouraged to grow.

The ideal candidate has a background in education or the public sector.

This role is based on-site and is a Term Time only plus 2 weeks role - 41 weeks of the year.

The salary ranges from £33,000 to £35,500, depending on experience and CIPD level obtained.

Key Responsibilities:
