They need a Senior Human Resources Advisor who’s not just experienced, but ready to dive in and make waves.

The Role:

This isn’t a back-office job. It’s about getting stuck in, providing real support to the managers and employees, and ensuring everything runs smoother than a freshly churned batch of their finest chilled goods.

  1. Dishing out top-notch advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  2. Handling complex employee relations cases like a pro – think disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  3. Rolling out HR initiatives and projects that make a difference, based around employee engagement and performance management.
  4. Providing support to the HR Officer and Admin in the absence of the Head of HR.

What you need to offer:

  1. Solid experience as a Human Resources Advisor / Manager in manufacturing.
  2. A deep understanding of HR practices, employment law, and regulations.
  3. Discretion when handling sensitive info, and the emotional intelligence to handle a range of situations.
  4. CIPD qualification (Level 5) – a nice-to-have, not a dealbreaker.
