The opportunity
HKA is looking to recruit an experienced operational Senior Human Resources Advisor with responsibility for our European business but as part of a wider International People Team. Our ideal candidate will have a strong generalist background with a focus on the operational side of HR and administration.
With responsibility toprovide expert HR advice and support across the European region, ensuring alignment with local employment laws, company policies, and strategic business objectives. The Senior HR Advisor will act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, driving best practices in employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.
