Une large Trust multi-établissements recherche un Senior HR Advisor/HR Manager pour diriger et gérer la fonction RH au sein de deux écoles. Ce poste constitue une opportunité d'évoluer dans un environnement collaboratif où le personnel est valorisé. Le candidat idéal possèdera une solide expérience en RH, de préférence dans le secteur éducatif et sera en mesure d'assurer la conformité aux politiques et législations en matière de ressources humaines.

Qualifications

  • Expérience dans un rôle RH, idéalement dans le secteur éducatif.
  • Obligatoire: CIPD ou formation équivalente en gestion des ressources humaines.
  • Solides compétences en communication et en gestion des relations.

Responsibilities

  • Fournir un soutien et des conseils en RH à la direction scolaire et au personnel.
  • Gérer le processus de recrutement, d'intégration et de conformité.
  • Surveiller les relations employés, gestion des absences et coordination de la paie.
  • Assurer l'alignement des politiques avec le droit du travail et les normes de protection.

Are you an experienced Senior HR Advisor or aspiring HR Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to develop your career further?

FIND is working with a large Multi Academy Trust to recruit a new Senior HR Advisor/ HR Manager to lead and manage the HR function within two of their schools- ensuring full compliance with HR policies relating to schools, employment legislation, and best practices. This is an exciting role that can offer a supportive, and collaborative working environment where staff are valued and encouraged to grow.

The ideal candidate for this role is from an education or public sector background.

This role is based on site and is a Term Time only plus 2 weeks role- 41 weeks of the year.

The actual salary for this role is £33000- £35500- depending on experience and CIPD level obtained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR support and guidance to school leadership and staff
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and compliance processes
  • Oversee employee relations, absence management, and payroll coordination
  • Ensure policies and procedures align with employment law and safeguarding standards

The ideal candidate:

  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment law, and best practices
  • Experience working in an HR role, ideally within education
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills
