Job Description:

ASAP Start Senior HR Advisor needed for 6-9 month project FTC!

A leading leisure business is looking for an HR Advisor with a strong focus on compliance to join the team on a fixed-term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a busy, people-first operation where you’ll play a key role in ensuring HR processes are compliant, efficient, and supportive of team wellbeing.

You’ll be the go-to person for employment law, right-to-work requirements, GDPR, policy audits, and training — working alongside park leadership and a central people team to safeguard the employee experience from day one and beyond.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading internal audits, ensuring right to work, DBS checks, GDPR, and employment law compliance are in place and up to date.
  • Reviewing and improving people processes across recruitment, onboarding, and payroll.
  • Analysing people data and time & attendance reports to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Coaching and supporting leaders across the business to embed compliant, inclusive HR practices.
  • Communicating updates to HR policies and driving continuous improvements in line with business and legal requirements.

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong understanding of UK employment law, GDPR, right-to-work and visa requirements.
  • Proven HR experience, ideally within an advisory or management role in a fast-paced or multi-site environment.
  • Confidence working with systems and data, and interpreting this for meaningful outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a collaborative and people-first approach.
  • A values-driven mindset with a focus on doing what’s right for people and the business.
