A leading technical service provider is seeking a Senior Human Factors Specialist in London. This role focuses on integrating Human Factors into new vessel systems and developing safety policies. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in safety-critical systems and a strong background in stakeholder management. This hybrid position requires attendance in the office 2-3 times per month.

What we're looking for
We are looking for an experienced Human Factors Specialist with a background in safety critical systems and infrastructure (marine, aviation), together with a good understanding of engineering, operational impacts and safety processes.
5 years of experience as a min - ideally within operational environments .
