Job description

We’re looking for an experienced HubSpot pro to join our team full-time (part-time roles also considered). Someone who’s worked with HubSpot for years, knows the platform inside out and can confidently own an onboarding or development project from brief through to completion.

You’ll be the kind of person who knows exactly what they’re doing (and knows they’re damn good at it). You can work directly with clients to map out a smart, efficient customer journey, then build the whole thing in HubSpot in a way that makes everyone’s life easier.

You don’t need micromanaging — just a clear goal and the space to deliver. You enjoy projects that combine strategic thinking with hands-on implementation. You’re the kind of person who delights clients and racks up five-star reviews.

As a guide, the role includes:

  • Leading the delivery of HubSpot services — onboarding new accounts and developing existing ones. This includes working with clients in a planning phase, mapping out their customer journey in granular detail and then building everything in HubSpot.
  • Providing ongoing support to retained clients — responding quickly with expert answers and helping implement any new developments.
  • Training clients’ teams — whether it’s sales reps, marketing pros, customer service agents or others.

  • 3+ years’ hands-on experience with HubSpot (the more, the better)
  • Experience across a range of client projects and industries
  • Confidence working directly with clients and leading delivery
  • A problem-solver who can think strategically and come up with smart solutions

  • Someone who takes pride in doing brilliant work

What you’ll get:

  • Full-time, permanent role (but we’re open to part-time too)
