Job summary

HSE Recruitment Network is recruiting for a Health, Safety, Environment, Quality and Training Senior in the UK. The role is predominantly home-based with regular travel to sites and offices initially, offering a salary of £80,000–£85,000 plus a car allowance.

You will lead and develop the HSEQ function, working with directors and site teams to strengthen engagement, compliance and performance across the business.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH qualification or equivalent.
• Experience leading HSEQ and training functions.
• Experience with ISO9001/14001/45001 audits and accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HSEQ, training and quality function across the business.
• Maintain and improve ISO management systems and internal audits.
• Drive compliance with legislation, client standards and accreditation requirements.
• Support safer behaviours and engage with site teams and senior stakeholders.
