A leading public services provider is seeking a CDM Lead to enhance health and safety standards across their operations in the UK. You will be responsible for advising senior staff on CDM compliance, developing strategies, and leading auditing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a NEBOSH Diploma, experience in managing CDM in complex settings, and excellent knowledge of HSE legislation. This role offers a competitive salary up to £75,000 and flexible working options.
This is a fixed-term (12 months), newly created position within Capita Public Services (CPS). The role will be responsible for leading CDM and auditing across the division and the UK. It involves working closely with Directors, Managers, staff, and internal stakeholders to implement standards and provide assurance on risk control management, specifically related to CDM and targeted auditing.
