You will guide local HSE Officers, develop training plans, ensure compliance with Freudenberg standards and local regulations, maintain risk assessments, and support audits and incident investigations. This role demands clear communication and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of HSE experience or related field.
• Advanced English and local language fluency.
• Knowledge of HSE laws and regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Guide local HSE Officers in the assigned country, fostering a collaborative safety culture.
• Develop training plans aligned with HSE Skill Matrix and Training Program.
• Provide functional leadership across multiple sites with varying technologies and risk profiles.
• Ensure compliance with Freudenberg Standards, FPM strategies, and all applicable local HSE regulations.
• Maintain documentation and reporting in line with legal and corporate requirements.
• Oversee risk assessments across locations and support incident investigations.
