In this role, you will provide expert health and safety advice, lead inspections, and foster a positive safety culture across critical water infrastructure projects. A NEBOSH Construction Certification is required, along with proven experience in health and safety advisory roles. Qualifications

• Proven experience in health and safety advisory roles, ideally within utilities or construction.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
• A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on HSE matters to project managers and site teams.
• Lead inspections, hazard management, and root cause investigations of major incidents.
• Advise on high-risk areas, including CDM compliance and site setup.
