About the Role:

This is a fixed-term position supporting upgrade works at Cruachan Power Station, including replacing Units 3&4 and a Supergrid Transformer. You will support operational compliance with safety, environmental, and quality legislation, working with the HSE Manager, site leadership, and operations teams to ensure safe, efficient, and environmentally compliant plant operation.

You will lead and champion HSE standards across the plant, providing guidance to professionals and ensuring compliance with legal and company policies. You will maintain the Integrated Management Systems (HSEQ) according to ISO standards and promote health, safety, and environmental standards among site personnel.

This is a full-time, site-based role.

Who we’re looking for:

You should have a proven track record in leading H&S improvements in a site-based role, with a recognised qualification such as NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent, and be a member (or working towards) of a relevant professional body like IOSH. Experience in energy, engineering, manufacturing, or construction is preferred.
