Your responsibilities
  1. Establish yourself as a key partner delivering HR initiatives to meet business objectives.
  2. Engage in meaningful dialogue to drive outstanding outcomes for our people.
  3. Collaborate with our Centre's of Excellence to implement and advance strategic HR initiatives.
  4. Offer coaching to enhance people management skills, leading to the development of high-performing teams.
  5. Play an integral role in driving employee engagement and overseeing the performance review process.
  6. Align with the talent acquisition team on long-term hiring strategies and talent pipeline cultivation.
The experience we're looking for
  1. Proven HR experience in a dynamic, fast-paced setting with a focus on strategy and talent development.
  2. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of an organisation.
  3. Solid understanding of labour legislation with a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
  4. Competence in facilitating change management and the ability to guide business leaders through transition.
  5. Strategic acumen paired with digital literacy and data-informed decision-making capabilities.
  6. A genuine coaching style that encourages growth and professional development.
