Twinkl, a leading UK education publisher, is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to shape and lead the UK HRBP team. You will translate business priorities into people plans, coach managers and collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive performance, culture and engagement.

This role requires strong UK employment law knowledge, strategic thinking and the ability to work across remote and hybrid teams. You will partner with Chiefs and leaders to deliver practical, commercially informed HR

Qualifikationen

• Senior HRBP with experience in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Experience in EdTech, technology or scaling business is advantageous.
• Excellent commercial awareness and ability to balance priorities with pragmatic HR advice.
• Outstanding stakeholder management skills and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience implementing or embedding an HR partnering model with measurable impact.
• Experience leading or developing HR professionals and teams.
• Strong UK employment law knowledge and experience with employee relations.
• Confidence in analysing people data and linking findings to workforce and performance.

Aufgaben

• Develop Twinkl's current HR partnering model during year one, establishing clear expectations and practical tools for HRBPs.
• Lead and upskill the UK HRBP team through coaching, development plans and knowledge sharing.
• Translate business goals into people plans, advising on organisational design and change while building managers' confidence.
• Partner with Chiefs and senior leaders to align workforce strategy with business priorities.
• Lead complex HR projects in partnership with wider people team stakeholders to support organisational change.
• Collaborate with the ER Manager on complex employee relations matters within local employment law.
• Champion Twinkl's mission and values across remote and hybrid teams to strengthen inclusion and engagement.
