Zachary Daniels is recruiting a Senior HR Business Partner for a growing financial services business. You will partner with the executive team and People Director to shape people strategies and deliver pragmatic HR solutions in a regulated environment.

This senior role involves organisational design, change programmes and complex employee relations, leveraging data to influence business decisions and supporting TUPE/M&A where needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Executive and Senior Leaders to provide credible challenge and advice
• Support the People strategy and act as a deputy to the People Director
• Lead organisational design, restructures and wider change programmes
• Manage complex and high-risk ER cases with strong employment law guidance
• Use people data, analytics and insight to influence decisions
• Support transformation activities including TUPE and M&A
• Coach senior leaders to build capability and drive performance
• Manage and develop a Junior HR Business Partner
