A leading investment bank in Central London seeks a dynamic HR Business Partner to engage with the Front Office population. This role involves managing HR initiatives and two other HRBPs, ensuring effective partnership with senior stakeholders. Candidates should possess strong Front Office HRBP experience and knowledge across all HR disciplines. HRBP – Front Office (Investment Banking)
An exciting opportunity is available at a Central London based Investment Bank. This business is looking for a dynamic, commercial and engaging HRBP who will partner with the Front Office population of the investment bank.
This role will report into a Head of HR and it will act as a Lead HRBP and will directly manage two other HRBPs. The role will work as a trusted business partner service to senior level MDs who have circa 500 employees working for them. The role will work on HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle, partnering senior level stakeholders across a broad generalist remit – business partnering, resourcing, ER, metrics, talent, succession, reward/Exec comp and much more.
In order to hit the ground running candidates must have previous Front Office HRBP experience within a large investment bank. Candidates will also be strong across the full range of HR disciplines in order to partner effectively with CoE’s and be able to work with managers and colleagues at all levels across the business.
