BAE Systems is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to provide operational HR support, shape the People Strategy, and enhance engagement within the Munitions business. Salary: Circa £65,000 (depending on skills and experience)

The Defence Solutions HR team:
Reporting to the Defence Solutions, Munitions HRD you will join a small team of seven who support the Munitions’ business, five of the team are Glascoed based. The team is close-knit, supportive and high performing having won several internal awards in the last couple of years supporting the fast-paced, growing business. Our recent merger with Maritime Services to become Defence Solutions provides further opportunity for collaboration and development.
