Our client is looking for a Senior HRBP to manage a team of 3 - 3 days in office and 2 days at home

no car or car allowance

Ideally looking for a financial services or Professional services background

Description



Strategic HR Partnership:

  • Partner with senior leaders across key practice groups to align business objectives with people strategies.

  • Provide expert HR advice and coaching to leadership on organizational design, change management, and talent strategies.

  • Collaborate with the broader HR team (e.g. talent acquisition, L&D, reward) to ensure cohesive service delivery.



Talent & Performance Management:

  • Drive performance management initiatives, including succession planning, capability building, and leadership development.

  • Lead the annual talent review and performance appraisal process, ensuring high standards and consistency across teams.

  • Champion DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) and wellbeing strategies in alignment with the firm's values.



Employee Relations & Culture:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations matters, balancing legal compliance and business needs.

  • Promote a culture of feedback, transparency, and continuous improvement.

  • Monitor employee engagement and work with leadership to implement action plans to drive retention and satisfaction.



Organizational Change & Development:

  • Support business transformation, restructures, and workforce planning initiatives.

  • Lead on HR projects such as M&A integration, policy revamps, or agile working practices.

Profile

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a Business Partner or advisory role.

  • Background in professional services (e.g. legal, consulting, accounting, financial advisory) is essential.

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand and support strategic business goals.

  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills at senior leadership level.

  • Proven track record in change management, talent development, and driving cultural transformation.

  • Sound knowledge of employment law and HR best practices in relevant jurisdictions.

  • CIPD qualified or equivalent; advanced degree in HR or Business a plus.
