Job Description:

The Senior HR Technology Solutions Specialist will align technical product development with business needs. This position ensures our HR technology solutions are market-ready and compliant with industry standards. Leveraging deep expertise in HR technology ecosystems and recruitment processes, the specialist drives the effective configuration, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of our talent acquisition platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Analyze and document business requirements for talent acquisition technology solutions, translating them into functional specifications and user stories with high accuracy and completeness.
  2. Configure and customize HR technology platforms according to the design, maintaining standardized approaches and reusable components.
  3. Design, execute, delegate, and manage comprehensive test plans for new features and integrations, ensuring high-quality releases.
  4. Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and SOPs for the solutions.
  5. Evaluate and recommend HR technology vendors and solutions based on functionality, integration, and alignment with business needs.
  6. Provide expert consultation on talent acquisition technology capabilities, limitations, and best practices to internal teams and clients.
  7. Monitor system performance metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
  8. Research emerging HR technology trends and produce quarterly reports with recommendations for product roadmap enhancements.
  9. Coordinate cross-functional implementation activities, ensuring on-time delivery of project milestones.
  10. Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and product demos, achieving high stakeholder satisfaction.
  11. Manage and prioritize product backlog items related to talent acquisition functionality.
  12. Create and present implementation plans, timelines, and status reports to stakeholders.
  13. Ensure all talent acquisition platforms meet data privacy requirements (GDPR, CCPA) through proper configuration and documentation.
  14. Conduct quarterly compliance audits, achieving full remediation of critical issues within established timeframes.
  15. Develop and implement data retention policies for candidate information across platforms.
  16. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address regulatory requirements in system design.
  17. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Position Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • HRIS or similar technical certifications preferred.

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in HR technology, especially with talent acquisition platforms.
  • Experience with international teams and complex project management.
  • Expertise with ATS, CRM platforms, and career portals.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and user story creation.
  • Experience in project coordination or management within tech implementations.

Exposure:

  • Proficiency in software configuration, testing, and QA.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
  • Understanding of HR tech vendor landscape and compliance requirements.
  • Knowledge of recruitment workflows, industry trends, and automation tools.
  • Basic understanding of API integrations, databases, and data structures.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and testing frameworks.
