Job summary

G's Group is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to influence business performance through people. You will partner with senior leaders to shape people strategies that drive organisational success and coach managers across ER, talent, and development.

Based primarily on-site with flexible home working, you will work with Centres of Excellence, lead strategic HR initiatives, and ensure compliant, high-performing people practices across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Strategic HR planning aligned with business goals.
• Guide managers on employee relations and positive work environment.
• Identify workforce needs and develop talent strategies including onboarding and development.
• Design and implement performance management programs and development plans.
• Lead organisational development and leadership development initiatives.
• Collaborate on compensation and benefits benchmarking and rewards.
• Support L&D in creating training initiatives and skills development.
• Ensure HR policies comply with labour laws and regulations.
• Drive employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives across the organisation.
• Act as a change agent managing major change programs.

Responsibilities
