Job summary

Linklaters is seeking a trusted People Adviser to our UK practices, combining hands-on HR delivery with meaningful stakeholder partnership. This is offered as a 12 month fixed term contract in London with a hybrid working model.

You will advise on employee relations, support talent and compensation processes, shape engagement and retention activity, and turn people data into actionable insights. CIPD or similar qualification is desirable.

Qualifications

• Proven HR advisory experience within a complex organisation.
• Sound knowledge of UK HR practice and employee relations.
• Confidence working with senior and demanding stakeholders.
• Experience supporting key employee lifecycle processes.
• Strong judgement, discretion and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret data and present meaningful insights.
• Collaborative mindset and adaptability to AI-enabled ways of working.

Responsibilities
