Dudman Tidbury HR Ltd are working with a privately-held, global medical equipment company to hire an HR Business Partner for a 12-month maternity cover in the UK. The role reports to the HR Director for Europe and collaborates with European counterparts.

You will lead local delivery of the global people strategy, partnering with leaders across the employee lifecycle, handling change programmes, talent development and HR transformation, with an initial five days on site.

Qualifications

• Senior HR Generalist with proven experience.
• Strong knowledge of current employment law.
• Experience developing training and development programs.
• Proven track record delivering change and transformation programs.
• Experience working in a matrix organisation and across cultures.
• Able to build credibility with entrepreneurial leaders.
• Willingness to be onsite five days per week for the initial period.

Responsabilités
