Senior HR Operations Specialist (14-Month Contract)
Are you ready to make a real impact in an international, dynamic environment? Our client, a fast-paced and collaborative company supported by NonStop Consulting, is looking for a passionate Senior HR Operations Specialist to join their HR team for a 14-month maternity cover.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth HR operations, supporting organisational effectiveness, and driving employee engagement across the UK, Switzerland, and global teams. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take ownership of key HR processes, including payroll coordination, employee lifecycle management, HRIS administration, and compliance support.
Key Responsibilities:
First-line HR support for employees, handling queries and managing the HR inbox.
Maintain compliance with employment law and internal policies throughout the employee lifecycle.
Support payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with internal teams.
Maintain accurate employee records and reporting through HRIS (e.g., BambooHR).
Manage HR documentation, policies, and employee communications.
Oversee onboarding, probation, and offboarding processes, including preparing related letters.
Partner with HR leadership on key projects and employee relations matters.
Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (CIPD Level 5 preferred).
5+ years' experience in HR operations, with exposure to senior-level tasks.
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools, with a sharp eye for detail.
High integrity, adaptability, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience working in a global, fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
