My client is a globally renowned organisation, operating at the heart of medical and clinical research in the UK and beyond.
They are looking for a capable senior administrator ideally with experience in an HR role or environment and with a good grasp of HR policies. Working autonomously and supervising an Administrator, you will interface with the HR and finance teams, ensuring the day-to-day operations for the team are managed.

Your duties are likely to include:
- Providing proactive support to the Heads of Division in their execution of the leadership and management of the Division.
- Supporting the needs of the researchers within the Division in an efficient and effective way, whilst also paying due attention to corporate requirements.
- Managing the Divisional Office, ensuring it is responsive to the needs of members of the Division.
- Having primary responsibility for HR and financial management and administration for the Division and for decision-making associated with specific aspects of these functions. Being accountable for the quality of advice and guidance given in these areas, proposing or executing solutions to problems wherever possible.
- Working collaboratively with the wider administrative team supporting the work of the team to ensure efficient and effective services and support.
