A healthcare service provider in Glasgow is seeking a Senior HR Officer to oversee employee relations. The successful candidate will work closely with managers to resolve HR issues and maintain strong relationships with trade unions. Candidates must have operational HR experience and expertise in communication and analytical skills. This temporary role offers an opportunity to advance equality and inclusion initiatives.
Role: Senior HR Officer (Employee Relations)
Location: GCHSCP, Commonwealth House, 32 Albion Street, Glasgow, G1 1LH
Contract Status: Temporary, up to 18 months
We are seeking an experienced HR Practitioner to join Social Work HR Employee Relations within Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership (GCHSCP).
This role involves working closely with managers to provide advice, guidance, and support to achieve effective employee relations solutions, ensuring that council policies, procedures, and practices are consistently and fairly applied.
As a Senior HR Officer, you will primarily oversee complex workforce matters and play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with trade unions.
You will have previous operational experience in an HR setting and demonstrate knowledge in the following areas:
