We are hiring for an experienced Senior HR Officer to join a dynamic global manufacturing organisation in the Dungannon area.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll provide comprehensive HR support to line managers and employees, offering guidance on employment matters, policies, procedures, and terms & conditions. This is a hands-on role that involves localised travel between sites and working with senior managers to address complex employee relations issues and drive HR initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background as an HR Officer/Generalist in a fast-paced environment, ideally a production led environment, and the confidence to manage the full range of HR matters.
