European LifeCare Group (ELCG) is a leading provider of vaccination clinics and on-site vaccination programmes across Europe. We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded HR Manager, UK to lead our UK-based HR operations across Vaccination UK, CityDoc, and London Travel Clinic.

About the Role

As a member of the UK management team and reporting to the Group CHRO, you will lead the HR team, working closely with senior leadership to drive business performance, employee engagement, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and inspire the HR team, fostering trust, ownership, and professional development.
  • Provide tactical and hands-on support to managers across the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding—including employee engagement, HR policies, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, contributing to a culture of inclusion, growth, and high performance.
  • Drive high-volume seasonal recruitment in collaboration with line managers, with a strong focus on attracting talent for critical roles.
  • Implement group-level HR initiatives at a local level, including concepts within engagement, learning & development, talent acquisition, systems, performance management, and onboarding.
  • Continuously improve HR processes and optimise the annual HR cycle to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
  • Ensure legal compliance and uphold best practices in employment law and internal policies.

About You

  • You are a seasoned HR leader with a proven ability to manage and motivate teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • You are a natural collaborator building strong relationships across departments and with key stakeholders.
  • You bring experience leading HR operations and have successfully managed high-volume recruitment campaigns, either in-house or from an agency background.
  • You hold a Master’s degree or are CIPD-qualified to at least level 7, with strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR compliance. NHS experience and employment will be an advantage.
  • You’re a self-starter with a flexible mindset and a solution-oriented approach to challenges and change.
  • Your leadership style is approachable and people-focused, with a strong sense of accountability and a desire to drive meaningful impact.
