Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum CIPD Level 5 qualification.
• At least 10 years' experience working within HR.
• Strong experience in employee relations and case management.
• Excellent knowledge of HR policies, procedures and employment law.
• Experience managing recruitment processes.
• Strong experience dealing with sickness and absence management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise workloads and manage sensitive information confidentially.
• Professional, approachable and adaptable manner.
• Full driving licence and access to a car; role involves travelling between schools.
• School/education background not essential.
