Job Title: Senior HR Manager - London - Perm

Location: London (Hybrid Work)

About the Role: Our client, a leading global FMCG firm, is seeking a Senior HR Manager with a key focus on Organisational Development. This permanent position offers a hybrid work environment, combining the flexibility of remote work with the benefits of being based in London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Development Strategy: Define and implement approaches for identifying, developing, and tracking high-potential and critical talent.
  • Leadership Development: Design and deliver leadership programmes, with a focus on supporting leaders during the first year of the new organisation (to April 2026).
  • Management Development: Establish practical tools and support to build confident, capable people managers who enable team success.
  • Learning Proposition: Develop a centralised learning offer aligned with strategic goals and employee growth aspirations, as highlighted in engagement surveys.
  • Capability Building: Partner with business functions to address specific capability needs through pragmatic, measurable initiatives.
  • Competency Frameworks: Lead the creation of competency frameworks to support skill and capability growth across the organisation.
  • Function-Specific Development: Support functions in building tailored development tools to meet their business objectives.
  • Change Management: Enable effective organisational change through a structured and adaptable change management framework.


Requirements:
  • CIPD or FCIPD certification is essential.
  • Proven experience in Organisational Development, change management, building capability, and leadership development.
  • Strong strategic thinking and excellent communication skills.
